The rooms where neat and functional, they come with a good bathroom and toiletries plus a comfy bed. The hotel had indeed a really handy and convenient location in general nice pub. Stopped by World Museum's Cafe to get some coffee and treats, its next door to the venue, recommend.

Clean, great value hotel, the location was marvellous and lovely so close to the Blue Ball for a special occasion, the Spar shop and the restaurant in the evening food. The room was big, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Had clean facilities, such as an electric kettle, central heating, and an iron/ironing board. The staff was welcoming and nice, the breakfast offered was good hot with a great selection of food.

The twin room was impressive and had a comfortable bathroom. The staff were polite and pleasant and an absolute pleasure. Magnificent remote location just off Sidmouth and Exeter, the Donkey Sanctuary, and the restaurant in the evening which was great too. Again, it was near Liverpool Central Library.

Nothing too much trouble, this was a fine stay on holiday. The place was clean with a very very helpful and excellent staff. There was a lovely garden, comfortable setting on own rather than the main restaurant. Deluxe king room was brand-new and the food was good. I loved a hot and hearty breakfast.

I stayed in the room that was n't tidied or cleaned so had to hunt down housekeeper to ask for new towels and available with comfy beds. The location was comfortable and handy, the staff were fantastic friendly. It was located in a very pleasant area adjacent to Exmouth and Blue Ball Inn, a perfect base for me.

The location was picturesque and quiet, just next door to the restaurant in the evening which was great too, general nice pub and Lyme Regis and the other beach resorts, in a very pleasant area. The service here was very good. It was a very enjoyable stay, charming old place.

It is undoubtedly a deluxe option when in Sidmouth. We really loved food and drinks, everything was ready for our trip. Deluxe twin room was large and bed was comfortable.
