It was overall clean and the staff were friendly, beds were lovely. The setting was fab, right by the centre, and a wonderful park. Found time to see an award-winning oceanarium, that's at a moderate distance from the property.

We had gorgeous breakfasts with dishes cooked to order and yoghurts and bacon & eggs, and had dinner at the good restaurant on-site.
Although everything was excellent, some of the staff were not very helpful.

Every time we stay in Southport, like to stay here. Everything looks good. The location is brilliant and lovely, it's so close to a wonderful park. Also, it's at a moderate distance from Southport Pier and pavilion cafe. Welcoming stuff, the breakfasts are lovely by trays.

It was fairly clean, staff was welcoming. The location was marvellous for traveling around Southport, short walk to all the attractions including the shops as well as Close to the town centre. Brilliant food, marvellous location in the park on Saturday morning. Based near the shops and restaurants, the bars and restaurants of Lord Street, and all the attractions.
