Beautifully decorated units with excellent bathroom and milk plus coffee. Stunning location in the quiet area, not far from St Ives, Zennor and Penzance as well as conveinient for st Ives and the coast. Besides, very convenient to Robert Dundas.

The venue is beautiful and relaxing. Great breakfast with fresh fruit prepared by amicable staff. Secluded location, around 10-15 minutes walk from a historic fortress. Right by the grounds, nice peaceful area, and St Ives, Zennor and Penzance.

I had the double room which was reasonably large and well laid out with excellent bathroom. Coffee and tea making equipment, and glassware were a nice touch. The location was stunning, at a medium distance from landscaped gardens. The hotel was placed within 0.5 km of the airport.

Double room had an exceptionally comfortable bed. Overlooked garden. This accommodation had a secluded setting in a peaceful area. And we were just off conveinient for st Ives and the coast, beautiful surroundings and St Ives, Zennor and Penzance.

This exceptionally comfortable hotel was run by the amicable and accommodating staff. Double room was well laid out and the food was delightful. I had a stunning view of lake. The venue was set in a secluded area so close to lovely nature, St Ives, Zennor and Penzance, and Sweetwater Farm. Also, it was 4 km from Sperris Quoit. I appreciated the stay here and would come here again😃

The venue was relaxing, I truly enjoyed the stay and the location was lovely very close to Penzance and town/ shops. It was tastefully decorated, light filled and with excellent bathroom. Iron and ironing board, tea/coffee making equipment, and a TV were much appreciated. Accommodating and helpful staff, who gave me awesome suggestions.

the location was quiet, close enough to taxi into st ives, beautiful grounds, in a quiet area. moreover had so much fun by the lake, set 300 metres of the venue.
