Had an excellent time. The place was pleasant and comfortable and restaurant was nice. The breakfast was exceptionally good and plentiful with toast and catering wholesale products, and the ones who served it were affable. The service was good.

Had a wonderful stay for 4 nights on a coach trip, glad I've chosen it. The location was great and incredible and I could use free parking onsite. A few times I ate at China Garden, located not very far from the hotel. Food was reasonably priced and excellent; the staff were pleasant.

We came to Shanklin for a long weekend, can’t complain about anything for this hotel. If you don't want to go far from the property, try The Crab Inn, which is 300 m away. Very close to a coach station, convenient.
