We walked everywhere, the location was good, right next to the sea. Plus, it was so close to dont want the hassle of blackpool, the seafront which is also a nice walk, and the town centre. The breakfast had variety of selection, the food was delightful.

Its location was incredible, short walk to regular buses into Lytham and the town centre of St Anne's-on-the-Sea. Our deluxe double room with the bedroom, tea plus a nice view of the promenade was nicely decorated. Having a shower, a hair dryer, and fresh towels was a bonus.

The place was fairly clean and staff were excellent, I thoroughly enjoyed perfect and excellent location. Deluxe queen room was a nice size and nicely decorated with a nice view of the promenade. Could use an iron/ironing board, a work desk, and coffee and tea making facilities. In general the service was very good. What's more, there's parking on street.
There was not very comfortable bed in my room.
