This trendy boutique hotel stands out for its very modern design. The staff is very amiable, the breakfast is savoury and plentiful. It has an exceptionally nice location just next door to tram lines, all the attractions, and the Winter Gardens/ town centre. A nice touch is also the welcome beverages in the main bar. Welcoming service and the food is great.

Everything was really good, exceptional service, ideal location just next door to the illuminations, beach and north pier, and a beautiful garden. Units with good size bathroom. Hearty breakfast for all tastes, alcoholic drinks.

First-class service offered in this hotel. Really enjoyed the double room, wouldn't mind staying there all day. I've been here for 2 nights, the breakfast was plentiful with the cheapest drinks, toast, juice. Everyone was pretty friendly and excellent as well as host.

Everything was really good, had a very enjoyable stay for our return visit in 2013. The breakfast was savoury and plentiful for all tastes, the staff was wonderful! Its location at a walking distance from Regent Cinema was nice and perfect. Too bad that we didn't have time, but we would like to stay there on the next trip.

This hotel was next to such tourist places as funny girls. The nearby restaurant, Bella Pizza, was as close as 200 metres from the bed and breakfast. Just 5 minutes' walk from Blackpool North train station.
