We liked this hotel, it was spotlessly clean with an incredible and competent and excellent staff. Overall rooms were nicely refurbished and airy and had coffee/tea making equipment, flat-screen TV, and a seating area. This venue met every demand in every way, would be happy to recommend.

We both loved it, the place is pleasant and modest and suited fine. Beautiful and amazing location down the hill, all was very enjoyable. Also, a Beatles museum was 3 km away.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were not experienced.

I was offered a room with astonishing views over beach and sea. I enjoyed both wake-up service and comfortable bed. The location was comfortable and unbeatable, right next to beach, it's a plus. Besides, this hotel was located 2 km away from Church of Emmanuel.

Immaculately clean and the staff was competent and excellent. The rooms were new-fashioned and freshly decorated with the glass above for a century, the bathroom, for instance, that's all we needed. Central location of this great downtown hotel was a bonus. And it was at a walking distance from Brockley Hall Restaurant, ate there couple of times. We truly enjoyed the good restaurant and the food was exceptional. The whole experience was really really nice from start to finish, would be happy to recommend.

We greatly enjoyed service and food, it had everything that we wanted for our holiday. Vista Mar was 10 mins walk away. The location was right by a boat dock, easy for getting around Saltburn-by-the-Sea.
