The staff were knowledgeable, thanks to them everything was perfect. Our twin room was complete with large bathroom, great wardrobe space, for instance.

The location to the major attractions was marvellous for us. The staff was amazingly nice, we had an early check-in. Our stay was really great and we would book again.

Everything was perfectly fine, we had nice 4 days here. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable in case of questions. There was lots of fantastic meals. The hotel was set in a central area near to The Winter Gardens, and all the attractions, shops and amenities.

Marvellous and absolutely perfect location as it's and so close to Blackpool for over 20 years, Winter Gardens and The Tower and the Blackpool North train station. North Shore district deserves to be explored.

The location is central. The hotel has new-fashioned rooms with large bathroom, comfortable bed, as example. The venue provides an admirable service. I would book again, everything was great.

In relation to the GREAT price paid, it was pleasant place to stay with superb service. All of the staff were accommodating, pleasant. The location was marvellous and brilliant, next to an art gallery. Our whole experience was great, would recomand.

I did not want to leave and would stay here again. Place was fairly clean, everything was perfect. The location was marvellous, not too far from Opera House Event Venue. Walk from a tower and an opera house that I wanted to see. Had a neat and airy room to myself with shower, all the amenities and great wardrobe space.
