The breakfast was marvellous and lovely, the staff was welcoming, the grounds were spotless. Central location just next door to the main promenade and attractions, city centre, shops, restaurants, sea side, and Torquay, it was in a communal lounge area.

My room was tastefully decorated and well-equipped with a comfortable bed, had smoke detectors for safety measures. The location was magnificent and incredible, not far from all tourist attractions, a must visit dog friendly shops and tea rooms, and Torquay for a short break for out Wedding Anniversary, liked this place.

nothing beats being in 74 belgravia. free wi fi was available; the breakfast was savoury. only a short distance to most sightseeings, the location is perfect. pub bombay express is easily accessible. lovely design. the service we got was accommodating too.
