Great base for short stay, felt like home. Our room was cheap and fancy, included with a very comfy bed, a bathtub and a spacious bathroom. Our breakfast was well-stocked and nice hot and at 10.05, the staff was polite.

Nicely decorated and tidy place offers warm breakfast and magnificent location close to town center. Very amiable and dedicated staff at the reception desk, everything is first-class. The rooms are very well decorated and well-equipped and have lovely view of overgrown and rundown garden. The bed is good sized. Nice that the hotel is in the heart of the city. Also it is near the trams buses and train station, and buses, pubs and restaurants. Nothing too much trouble and would go back in flash.

Beautiful and fabulous place for a short stay with good view of overgrown and rundown garden. Nice hot breakfast with a wide array of meals. Spotless and fancy room, good bed and pillows. Nice and really kind staff team at the reception desk. Beautiful area, great location, not far from Edinburgh centre, a round Edinburgh buses run regularly and Princes Street and the general attractions. Again, walking distance to Calton Hill.

Great value, it was really enjoyable stay during a business trip. The restaurant here was very convenient for breakfast, we both ordered freshly cooked dishes. There were a mini-refrigerator, a storage, and large windows, which was great.

The location is marvellous, not very far from Edinburgh Old Town. And it's set in a new area really close to handy for bus depot, railway station and town centre and many of the special attractions Edinburgh has to offer. This hotel offers spotless and fancy rooms with a very comfy bed, the basement-view of the bottom of the steps, for example.

Actually everything was good, my next choice again in Edinburgh. Really enjoyed the place, it was quiet and worked for me. I had pastries and croissants in the morning. The room I booked was huge and bright with a bathtub and a very comfy bed. Efficient and amicable personnel at the reception desk and kept the hotel fairly clean.
