Enjoyed our stay here and 100% recommend. Well, it was a really good stay on the weekend. The staff was very amiable and attentive in all services. The hotel was situated in the very central location right on the seafront.

The hotel was in a great and excellent position very close to the sea front and pier, many bars and places to eat, and a nice park/square. We loved astonishing food.
Very small room also Wi-Fi was bad.

Everything was as wonderful as it could be. Incredible central location short walk to the seafront, and many shops, bars and restaurants, the pier and central Brighton, and a nice park / square. We had lunch in Curry Leaf Cafe, located nearby. The management was affable and attentive, as well as the staff.

Had a very good stay during the weekend. The staff was attentive, as well as host. The location couldn't be more ideal and exceptionally nice close to the town centre. Further, it was close enough to many bars and places to eat.

The room I stayed in was new-fashioned and complete with internet, the WiFi and shared bathroom. An electric kettle, fridges and glassware were a big plus. The location was magnificent and incredible, just 5 min walk from Boutique.

Nothing too much trouble, the venue met expectations, recommend it. We only stayed here for 1 night, as we didn't have time, but everything was wonderful. The hotel was in an incredible location, right by the pier. Besides, it was near to many other attractions and shops and restaurants.

The location was marvellous and magnificent, for example, Boutique was within walking distance of the hotel. Got double room with lovely warm shower, shared bathroom, comfortable beds as expected. We really enjoyed the old fashioned decor.

We enjoyed our stay here. Wonderful base for discovering Brighton. Give kudos to manager. Besides, it has a public parking and free Wi Fi. The restaurant was located within 300 metres.
