It was located in a nice quiet area to nearby attractions. Staff was really helpful, tried to answer all questions. The bed was a little lumpy here yet I liked the stay overall.

Super base for travelling to Edinburgh and sightseeing. Efficient staff with good travel recommendations. Fantastic and decent setting, just next door to Holyrood Palace and Arthur's Seat, the center and the city centre. Btw, located to nearby attractions.

I thoroughly enjoyed to be there, spent 1 quiet day overall. The room was good value for money and great value, included central heating, a writing table and ironing facilities. Their breakfasts were WARM and good hot.

Friendly service, incredible location & perfect facilities. I truly enjoyed the bed, it was comfy. In general everything was perfectly fine, good value for price, however the bathroom was smelly.
