Thank you for very good stay of 8 nights and very close to the local shops and the town shopping centre, a raw dog food factory and a mini garden. Rooms are soundproof with cooking facilities, the TV is, as example. Staff is always welcoming and pleasant.

The staff was excellent and affable. I truly enjoyed fab and stunning location. Plus it was close to amenities including the high street, and London.

We had a comfortable stay in Southend-on-Sea very close to the beach, the sea front, and garden area. Its location was incredible and brilliant, 2 km from The Venue. Also, it was based to supermarkets. Everything was great; we would recommend this place.

Great amenities and food, I liked them all. The bed was very clean, a microwave oven, central heating and an iron were useful. The area was quiet. Plus I easily reached a market and shopping centres, based near the venue.

A nice place for sightseeing in Southend-on-Sea. I loved the area of the apartment, it is pretty quiet. Just a short stroll away from the centre of Southend-on-Sea. Room for my needs.

Although the area is seemed to be not very good, the place is just off shops and seafront. It has hairdryer and blinds, a well-kept room. Secure apartment, it has a bathtub. I will come back, my experience here was terrific.

The staff was helpful. It is a 5-minute drive away from southend pier. Do n't miss the chance to taste food at The Lancaster, set near to the accommodation.
