It's fairly clean hotel nestled in a historic style building in the local area. Make sure you stay in the twin/double room with a large recently refurbished bathroom and extra blankets plus a good shower.

Here I spent 2 nights and appreciated being in this place. Consistently courteous staff and marvellous location in a residential neighborhood south of Old Town, everything was lovely. The room was good sized, functional and had multi-channel television, ironing facilities, and a writing table.

This hotel was set in a very central area short walk to Castle and Royal Mile, a nice quiet area of town and bus stop where there are frequent buses running into city centre. The breakfast in the morning was sensational and complete with porridge, Olive and bacon.
