Provided breakfast was marvellous with goodies and cereal, as example, exceeded our expectations. The room was brand-new and en suite, we had coffee/tea making machines and refrigerators. The hotel was in a perfect and lovely location close to a tram stop, bars, gift shops, arcades and convenient stores minutes away and the bus stops and the tram stops.

Its fairly clean, pleasant hotel and the stuff is really friendly and amazingly nice. It has particularly good and unbeatable location a minute walk from Saint Mary's Cathedral.

Good location, quiet hotel and also very clean. When I arrived the owner was friendly! I liked the convenience of the triple room, as well as an air conditioning, ironing facilities and a clothes rack etc. A wide array of restaurants to eat close by, like Mr Chips that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Nothing too much trouble and would definitely come back here.
