The stuff were very good and approaching, good services. The hotel was nice and amazing and in a very central location next to Winter Gardens & Tower, the promenade and the centre of Blackpool. And its just a short walk away from Happy Gathering, ate there once or twice.

This hotel was useful base for exploring Blackpool, appreciated it. The best and incredibly comfortable location in walking distance of town centre, all was perfectly fine. The location was fantastic close to tower, not too far from Coral Island Amusement Center. The check-in was quick and the atmosphere was comfortable overall. Could leave our car nearby. Everything was good and met expectation.
The service was good, but some people working there were kind of rude.
