The room was nicely decorated and themed with lovely wrought iron 4 poster bed, a a great quirky touch of having an emergency kit in the wardrobe and an iron, just what was needed. The hotel employees were affable.

Everything was exceptional during 2 days, loved its brilliant location right by the hill, a "experience "or even themed museum and Whitby. The service was amazing, that made the hotel unique and quirky place. Our food was delicious and delightful

Marvellous location for our visit to an Anglican parish church a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel. Found in a domestic part of the town.

There is a good choice of fabulous food for breakfast. Funny and welcoming staff as one would expect. The best thing is location - near Whitby and the harbour and shops and the harbor front...

Next to whitby abbey, 10 minutes' walk to Whitby train station. One could dine at restaurants such as Bagdale Hall 5 minutes away. We liked staying at bats and broomsticks. Honestly no complains at all:)))
