We loved staying 3 nights here. Fine traditional hotel with great value, we had a very enjoyable stay. The property's location was marvellous, in the unloading bay in the Grill bar. Also, such main attraction as North Shore was 3 km from this property. The main bar was available on the premises.
Some of the staff were quite busy.

The hotel was in a central location right on the sea front so close to everything. Decent size and spotless units with windows would open and the bathroom plus the sink in the bathroom, and the staff were welcoming. The atmosphere created was family.

Appreciated the traditional-style building and decent sized and beautifully decorated room for the sink in the bathroom. An electronic key card, tea and coffee making equipment, and television were perfect. The venue was set in the central position near the unloading bay, sea front and pier and the promenade. Found time to see a fine Victorian church, that's not too far from the property.

The property is fine and clean, offers adequate and great breakfasts. The setting is great, adjacent to Llandudno promenade, and the unloading bay in the Grill bar, lovely area. The place to order dinner not very far from the hotel is La Taverna. Make sure you stay in the twin room with a view.
