All in all everything was great, had a such great stay for one night. We only slept at the double room for a deluxe bedroom, but appreciated it. An iron, tea/coffee making equipment, and a work desk available were an advantage. Our accommodation was set in a central location just off various restaurants, Torquay and Dartmouth and the Sharpham vineyard at Totnes.

It was really a great hotel for a trip to Paignton. I recommend you to eat at The Boathouse, that is set 200 metres away. It took 5 minutes to reach Preston Sands on foot: D
