Fantastic and relaxing accommodation with amazingly nice staff who failed to grasp the rudimentary concept of customer service. Very very good and splendid breakfast with big portions for the start of the day. Marvellous setting, near restaurants and pubs. Based in a beautiful area.

The location was unbeatable, right by the Southwold, a selection of shops and other restaurants, town centre. I ate in the designed restaurant nearby. It was recently renovated, decent size and right on the seafront great breakfast. Freshly cooked and amazing breakfast with big portions was available.
