I booked a room with a comfortable bed, central heating, an iron, and a TV. The stuff were amiable and pleasant, the breakfast was sensational with a wide range of food. The location was handy, next to town centre, eateries and town in a quiet area. Also, such main attraction as an art museum was 2 km from this hotel.

The property has a wonderful location, very close to Blencathra Guesthouse, nice shops and eateries and the main town centre. The staff are amicable and pleasant, and the host too. Food options are fabulous.
