The location near Southsea castle was comfortable. Booked a room with great facilities. All of the staff was affable and very very helpful.
They asked to pay gbp 7 per 24 hours to get access to the net, nonetheless Wi-Fi was bad.

Everything is absolutely great here, had a perfectly pleasant stay on a business trip. Amicable and very helpful staff as one would expect. It's nestled in a really clean building with incredibly comfortable and easy location near the garden. This place is fantastic value.

The venue was fairly clean and the staff were efficient and exceptionally nice. Its location in Portsmouth was excellent and amazing, very close to the sea front and other amenities, getting to Southsea esplanade and local pubs, bars and restaurants. Btw, I was at a walking distance from Millennium Promenade.

The quality, fantastic value, had an excellent stay for 3 nights. It was nice base for travelling to Portsmouth, I was glad to stay there. As for me, the location was marvellous, adjacent to town centre as well as restaurants and pubs. I really enjoyed hot beverages at Scoops Gelato Uk. The staff was outstandingly accommodating, as well as owner.
Disappointing aspect was very cold bathroom.

The hotel was set in a very central area short walk to the centre of town, the resturants, and Southsea beach, shop and restaurants.
