The hotel was in a brilliant location, to the Dartmouth bay. And it was also so close to restaurants, Anchor House, John & Barbara's welcome and friendliness and the fantastic breakfast and eating places, watering holes & shops.

The location was brilliant, not far from Dartmouth has to offer too, the local attractions in Dartmouth and good to have parking. The staff was amiable and welcoming and the host too. Actually everything was excellent, my next choice again in Dartmouth.

The breakfast is incredible and very good, offered with smoked salmon, waffles, most tastes catered for. The location is amazing and incredible, it's near to Anchor House, John & Barbara's welcome and friendliness and the fantastic breakfast, and Dartmouth shops/ pubs. There is Saveurs nearby for a cup of coffee.

This was my second peaceful stay here and I would definitely stop here again. I loved the place, everything was very comfortable. The location seemed comfortable and handy down to the quay.
