Had really really nice stay overall, little place and the weather was clear. The location was tranquil by virtue of the nature of the road to the property. Found time to see Water of Leith Walkway, that's approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the property.

This was a little place to stay. Bright, beautiful room with a great view as well as great breakfast. Excellent location in a very comfortable area not far from the nature of the road to the property, a working arable farm and fields. Simply nothing too much trouble, relaxing stay.

Enjoyed our 3 nights stay. The rooms were extremely spacious and bright and complete with the bedroom, cupboard, as for instance. Had an electric kettle and glassware at our disposal. This location was beautiful, near to a farm, local pubs and restaurants, and fields and Apple orchards. We stopped by Cafe Modern Two for coffee and treats, it was relatively near the hotel.

It was a DELUXE bed and breakfast. We greatly enjoyed to chill in the nearby The Bell at Iden. We were offered deluxe king suite with a fireplace, an iron and a dining area which were very good. The host was helpful. Would recommend for everyone.
