The staff was amiable and around most of the time. The hotel was in an excellent location right by St Ives by train as well as nearest beach. Plus, it was approx 10 mins walk from Porthmeor Beach.

The hotel is set in a perfect and lovely location right by the beach at St Ives, the Hill and the sea front, shops bars and restaurants. The staff ensures you have a very lovely time, they are amiable. The rooms are well decorated and the continental breakfast offered has variety of dishes.

Thoroughly enjoyed the place, had a really really nice stay for three nights. I booked reasonably large double room here with shower, a great view and comfortable bed. Welcoming and friendly staff that liked their guests. The location was magnificent for me as it was adjacent to still very quiet, town and sea front and the Hill. Besides, St Ives Harbour was easy to get to.

The hotel was high quality, as for me everything was good. There was welcoming and amicable staff and the service was friendly. Well prepared breakfast with amazing food served on time. The location was lovely, not very far from The Saint Ives Museum. The property was in a decent area, very close to beaches, St Ives and Lindsey and Simon and the sea front.

The location is perfect, 5 minutes' walk to St Ives Harbour. 15 minutes drive to the airport, it is located near the sea. The breakfast is fresh and well prepared with yogurts and imaginative "specials ", for instance, there's an option for each taste.
