The double room was comfortable with lovely beds. As for me, the location was excellent and beautiful, short walk to torquay, brixham or paignton, the town center and beaches and the sea front and shops. Besides, I explored Lower Gardens within a close distance from the hotel.

Excellent and lovely location close to shops, pubs, eating places, Torquay for an extended stay sometime, and Dartmouth, could not be better. Again, not far from a victorian pier. Well priced, well-appointed and beautifully maintained rooms with comfy bed, shared bathroom, for example. Sensational breakfast, lots of food and beverages.

I really enjoyed the place, everything was perfect. Thoughtful staff, sensational breakfast, had a just perfect stay overall on my road trip. The location was beautiful and lovely, close to train station, and my bed was lovely. Moreover, it's just off Torquay Harbour for a meal, the town center and Torquay for an extended stay.

The staff were very very helpful and the setting was unbeatable and nice. We did not want to leave, so recommend this hotel.

Everything is perfect here, had a relaxing stay on our road trip. The location is particularly good and lovely, close to Dartmouth, the harbor and town centre, and Torquay for an extended stay sometime, you cannot beat it. The staff are incredibly nice, managed the parking on site. Hotel provides good meals.
