Every detail was lovely, really enjoyable. The staff where best and helpful, very good services. I liked the Victorian-style building, a nice size and brand-new room with good decor throughout. This hotel was located in a central area short walk to centre of Whitby as well as the harbour, the bridge and the steam railway.

It was fairly clean inside. The staff was very very helpful, affable, and responded promptly to requests. The location was perfect, to Whitby harbour, and the bed very clean. The hotel met requests, I would return there❤👍

The location of the property was great and fab as we were not far from the communal areas, beach and town centre & sea front. Furthermore, the hotel was around 10-15 minutes walk from tall celtic cross. The breakfast was excellent with excellent sausages and homemade cake, for example, the staff was very, very nice.
