Overall I spent my time lovely. Most of the staff were amiable. The setting was beautiful and fantastic, close to Totland Bay, Freshwater, and Shanklin. I spent 3 nights here and loved that.

Enjoyed my 2 nights stay. Room was clean and bright and available with comfortable bed. A shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets were a plus. The location was fantastic, within easy walking distance of St Agnes Church.

By and large, it was reasonable base for sightseeing in Freshwater, had much fun. The location was beautiful, within walking distance of Afton Park. And the area was good, so close to sea as well as Freshwater. I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel.

The rooms were airy and huge with comfortable bed, that's all we needed. The location was great and fantastic in a good area, short walk to sea and Sandown and Shanklin. Moreover, it was around 10-15 minutes walk from Dimbola Museum and Galleries.

I had a comfortable stay at this beautifully restored hotel. Huge and reasonably spacious rooms with a storage and a lounge, facilities worked well. As for me, the location was excellent and incredible, right by the leafy footpath, and a residential area. Also, I was not very far from Afton Park.

We had a superb and great breakfast, enjoyed the meal with additional daily treats. The location in a residential area was excellent and lovely for us. The staff was amiable and helpful and we will be back.
