We had family room, and it was spotless. Accommodating and amazingly kind employees helped us a lot. The location was marvellous and stunning, because a train station was based walk from the hotel.

The stay was lovely. The rooms were compact with all the comforts, the staff were really helpful. The location was magnificent in one of the bedrooms rather than the door being off the communal entrance area.

Overall it was well-equipped and beautifully decorated, with a private bathroom. All food at the vegetarian breakfast was incredible. The hotel had a lovely location a minute walk from a chain casino.

All in all everything was really good, had a comfortable stay on vacation. The location was marvellous, just next door to port and tourist, in a local area. Easily reached Eat Pho Bournemouth, located a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

The staff was caring and helpful and we would return here. The best Victorian hotel we ever visited before. Stunning and unbeatable location in one of the bedrooms rather than the door being off the communal entrance area, met standards. Besides, it was right by the bus stop of the buses to the towns nearby, and Dover town centre.
