The staff couldn't do enough for you, I will be back. The hotel was quiet little and incredibly friendly, even so I stayed for 5 nights only. The staff were excellent and helpful, they made me feel welcome.

We had a deluxe king room with double bed. This location was good, close enough to the promenade to the main town, and acoss road from promenade. Besides, the hotel was a 10-15 minute walking distance from a historic fortress.

Enjoyed our stay, had good 5 days overall. The location was great and fab because it was right by shops and facilities, the beach, town centre and pier and Llandudno. The bedroom was huge and new-fashioned.
