That was well-maintained and beautiful hotel set in nice quiet area, next to Princes Street, and downtown and Old/New City. The location was nice - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go. And it was just a pleasant stroll away from Happy Gathering, ate there couple of times.

The hotel was clean and the location was peaceful and handy in a newsagent shop in the city. We lived in the double room with nice view, fresh milk on offer, for example. Greatly enjoyed early check-in and late check-out. Plus, we parked nearby.
