I stayed in spotless room with a comfy four-poster bed as well as bedroom as expected. The location was peaceful for traveling around St Austell, so close to conservatory, the Eden Project and The Lost Garden of Heligan, and a pub.

This accommodation was in the central location in the nice conservatory. Moreover, it was really close to the Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the lovely seaside town of Mevagissey, beautiful grounds and the gorgeous garden. Our room was good sized and quiet, included with a comfy four-poster bed as well as bedroom, had a very pleasant stay.

Thank you for a superb stay. It's superb base for sightseeing and exploring St Austell. The setting is gorgeous and amazing, really close to the lovely seaside town of Mevagissey, St Austell and Mevagissey, with a pub and restaurant near by and the many attractions in that part of Cornwall.
