Nothing too much trouble, enjoyed this place and couldn't recommend more. All in all everything was modern, had an absolutely amazing stay for five nights. That hotel was in a particularly good location, close to an excellent restaurant easy to walk to. There was Top Chippy nearby, offering quick meals. The breakfast was amazing with fruit juice and continental options, for instance, and the downstairs bar was a plus.

It was a new-fashioned classic room, we will choose the place for future trips. Thanks a lot all for a lovely stay for five nights. We had a marvellous English breakfast with plenty of meals. Appreciated central heating, a coffee/tea maker, and a multi-channel television in the room. The particularly good and amazing location was right next to Robert Dundas. The bus stop was 200 metres away.

Everything here was fine, I would definitely come back. The hotel was located near an award winning beach, Combe Martin and the surrounding areas, and an excellent restaurant easy to walk to. The location was good on Exmoor coast and the atmosphere was lovely. Plus, Hangman cliffs was at a medium distance from the venue. The downstairs bar was a delightful surprise.

I liked this hotel and didn't want to leave, recommend to family and friends. The English breakfast was the best. I booked a room with a comfy bed, coffee/tea making machines, a multi-channel TV and a radio. Amicable and thoughtful staff, gave a lot of information. The location was MAGNIFICENT, at a walking distance from a local history museum. Plus, it was just off the beach, Barnstaple and the centre.
