Absolutely perfect and peaceful location, it was just off railway tracks, railway line and the coast. Came to visit an artillery fort, based not too far away from the hotel.

The hotel was what we thoroughly enjoyed during weekend. Booked a king room with WiFi and coffee. The location was peaceful, close to the coast, and St Austell. Great to be 200 metres away from The Chippy, enjoyed our meal there.
