My friend and I greatly enjoyed being there, it's charming little hotel. I were greeted by lovely, accommodating staff. The breakfast had a huge variety of selection, the food was fabulous.

Actually, the room was spotless, it also had shower facilities, a hair dryer, and bath sheets. Everyone from the staff was amiable. The location was unbeatable and fantastic for exploring this fairly nice area, not far from central, the town centre and very attentive host.

The staff was very pleasant, so I would want to stay there again. Everything at this hotel was lovely. The small king room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was spotless and compact with complimentary tea and coffee. A shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets were a plus. The setting was nice, right by Blackpool, and the promenade. Besides, this venue was located 3 km away from Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh.

We walked everywhere, the location was exceptionally nice, right by the Tram station. And it was also so close to south piers, and the promenade and beach.
