Good old place. Well decorated units with wonderful decor and exceptionally friendly staff. Excellent and ideal location in Dawlish, just next door to bus to local towns and Teignmouth and Dawlish. Also, close to the sea.

Had a very comfortable stay for one night, everything was excellent. The staff was really friendly and the host too. The unit we got was impeccably clean with garden for pup as well as all the extras.

The breakfast had something for everyone - cereals and fresh fruit. The location was excellent and perfect, so close to the beach, walk or bus to local towns. Again, it was 10 mins drive from Dawlish Beach Cams.

The location of the hotel was stunning, in a quiet area. Moreover, it was right by Teignmouth & Dawlish, Dawlish, and a taxi. Exceptional breakfast and the staff was attentive!

The place was clean, I booked the double room with street views, everything was amazing. The personnel was amicable, and the host too. The vibe here was quiet. Besides, there was parking onsite. The setting was magnificent, right by Dawlish and Teignmouth. Also, Dawlish Town Beach was max 25 minutes walk to.

Loved the place, had a very lovely stay for one night. The bed was very comfy, and the room itself was spacious. A microwave, an electric kettle and a refrigerator were an advantage. The location was unbeatable, for example, St George was within easy walking distance of the hotel. The property was set in a local area.

We really enjoyed Coach House. Breakfast was freshly prepared with gorgeous food. Beds were comfy. Furthermore, hotel had free parking. Great way to end our weekend.

Breakfast was marvellous, incredible bed. We got room with a bathtub. The host is excellent. To grab a bite visit Salty Dog Kiosk, it is located close by.
