Travelled with my son, spent 5 nights here and had a very lovely stay. The staff were friendly and nice, ready to any request. The hotel was set in a central area near to the town centre and the railway station, shops, beach, restaurants, and all the attractions.

This place deserves more than 4 stars, it has airy rooms and serves MARVELLOUS and lovely breakfast. The atmosphere of the hotel is family. The setting is marvellous and comfortable, so close to all the attractions, the railway station and the town centre. As for me the food is excellent, and they have lots of meals. When I am in Skegness, I like staying here.
