Had a perfectly pleasant stay for holiday. Unbeatable central location close enough to St Anne's shops and St Anne's promenade and pier, and train station, shops, bars and restaurants. Also, St Thomas' Church was situated within a close distance from this hotel.

The location was good and fantastic as for me, just off all local shops and pubs and eaterys, the seafront and train station, shops, bars and restaurants. Had some takeaway meals at Eastern Bay, set 4-6 minutes' walking distance from the hotel, I couldn't resist. Loved neat comfort triple room with very comfortable beds, wouldn't mind staying there all day.

Very clean property. Just a walk down to Regal Italian, where you can have lunch. Beds are comfortable. The hostess is LOVELY. Furthermore, free Wi Fi was provided in all rooms. Its excellent value for money.

Train station St Annes on Sea was less than 15 minutes walk away. For dinner we chose Blue Moon, that was 600 metres from the hotel. We appreciated monarch❤❤
