The room was compact and well-equipped, included with well equipped kitchenette, a nice view, for instance. The breakfast was substantial and great and there was a wide array of great food. Excellent location next to the river was a plus.

For a 3 star hotel everything was good, I greatly enjoyed to be here. Overall it was quiet and bright, with a private bathroom. Admired river view from the window. The venue was in a magnificent location close enough to beaches, town centre, swing bridge, riverside walk, beach and a walk by the sea. Besides, the property was 3 km away from Mary's Shell.

I enjoyed the hotel. The staff was really helpful, lovely, and responded promptly to requests. The location was excellent, not far from the seafront and town as well as railway station, in a domestic area. Besides, it was placed minutes from Saint Mary's Cathedral.
The bed in my room was pretty small.

Substantial and absolutely fantastic breakfast and the staff was very friendly. The setting of hotel was magnificent, next to the river. It was also short walk to a nearby cafe, Littlehampton and surrounding towns and the sea.

The hotel's location was ideal and exceptionally nice, close to lovely beach, bus stops and railway station and bus stops. Found time to see Bispham Parish Church, that's just a pleasant stroll away from the property.
