The hotel of choice in Edinburgh. Amicable and excellent staff and exceptionally friendly accommodation. Satisfactory breakfast to star a day with fluffy croissants, great coffee, different meats. Fantastic location close to theatre, public parking nearby. And not far from the centre of town, and hill. The service in general was terrific.

Truly enjoyed Edinburgh, the hotel was quiet little and stylish in the funky wine bar downstairs. Fantastic central location very close to the centre, a new establishment, and theatre. I tried some drinks at bar Treacle Bar & Kitchen, located 5 minutes walk away.

The overall experience was very lovely, liked our stay very much and would like to go back there again. The rooms were luxurious and brand-new with a boutique feel, coffee, sparkling water, just what we needed. The location was great, around 10-15 minutes walk from Calton Hill. The bar was cosy with excellent staff.

Charming small and stylish venue, fantastic location near the tram, Waverley train station, and the centre of Edinburgh, really enjoyed our stay. We were met by supper friendly, affable personnel. The service offered was great, the room was reasonably large with even a bar of soap, 2 windows, for example.
