Truly enjoyed our stay, and would love to come back here some time. Simply stunning prestigious hotel with amazing value, we had a good stay. The staff were competent and absolutely courteous, nothing too much trouble. The venue took care of the very high quality service. The location was stunning, relatively near Church of st Hilary.

A prestigious hotel with comfortable vibe. Large room with coffee, wonderful views, as example for £ 326. Standard decor throughout and patient stuff who provided such an excellent service. Stunning and amazing location in Llandudno, right by the pier at LLandudno, the main restaurant and the amazing gardens, taken care of by Robert the gardener. Plus, 5 minutes drive from Conwy Castle.

This hotel is well-kept, has very helpful employees who provided such an excellent service. They offered modern and spotless rooms with lovely views and adjacent bathroom plus coffee. The location in area out of all the NT hotels was exceptionally nice for us.

The atmosphere created was comfortable. The hotel was in a great location adjacent to Conwy castle, the National Trust and the pier at LLandudno. Moreover, it was 3 km from Conwy Castle.
