It was a 1st class and perfectly clean hotel with an a la carte restaurant. The location was easy and ideal for traveling around Plymouth, short walk to the Taxis failed to turn up, and golf course adjacent. Again, the venue was 10 minutes by car from Marsh Mills.
Breakfast, it was similar, could be far better.
