Based very close to great Kemptown restaurants as well as The Lanes, nearby cafes and the Pier/Town Centre or Marina.

It had marvellous location very close to a perfect spot short walk from the sea and the pier and the centre, gardens and the centre of Brighton. I ate at the beach restaurant near the hotel.

The thomas kemp was 10 mins walk away. Location was within 15 min walking distance to Brighton Naturist Beach. Even the London Gatwick airport was not so far. Brilliant place for a vacation in Brighton.
