The twin room was well-appointed and extremely pleasant out in the garden, so that guests had essentials. Its location was excellent to the south coast. The service was exceptional, including an easy check-in. Flexible and very very helpful staff who were always there to help.

This location was marvellous and fantastic, very close to the Lost Gardens of Heligan, all the main attractions of Cornwall and the conservatory, where daily papers were available. Moreover, it was only a short distance to landmarks, including Saint Mary's Cathedral.

Had really comfortable stay for 3 nights. The king room I stayed in was fashionable with a large bathroom with a roll top bath. The staff and the host were all super-friendly. As for me, the location was marvellous and incredible, just next door to the town centre, the train station and Eden Project and Poldark country.

Everything looks perfect. The staff is excellent and affable. The breakfast is lovely and delicious, with toast and cereal bars, for example.
