The staff was great and the room was wonderful, immaculate. The hotel's location was great, next to Devonshire Park, the nearby South Downs and the nearby theatres and restaurants. Also, it was just 1 km to Museum of Shops.

Lovely and beautiful rooms with a bath, felt like home. The best thing was how lovely and fantastic the staff were. The location was pleasant - near to the Pier so near the Brayscroft, the beautiful sea, and restaurants. Plus, we walked only 5 minutes to reach Congress Theatre.

The room met standards, spotless. We had wonderful breakfasts with made-to-order toast and well cooked ingredients, for instance, special mention to very nice staff. The location was marvellous and lovely and the free parking was nearby.

Perfect and magnificent location to the main town centre-which has all the shops you could want, met the needs. And it was also near to local restaurants and shops as well as the South Downs and the beach.

Everything in this fairly clean hotel was nice. Generous and PERFECT breakfast with Prime ingredients for the start of the day. Perfect location, a short walk to The Eastbourne Heritage Centre Museum. Next to cafes, restaurants and the art centre, both the promenade and the South Downs Way. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable stay of 3 nights.

Everything was nice here - affable staff and brand-new rooms. The location turned out to be comfortable, not far from theatre and Devonshire Park and the sea front and the town. It also was very close to the seafront which makes the location perfect. It met needs well, had a thoroughly enjoyable stay of 3 nights.

It was an excellent base for our very good stay. Lovely restaurant provided vegetarian dishes. We had a good service, delicious and perfect breakfast. You could leave a car outside. We liked it, didn't want to leave, recommend.

everything at this small hotel was great as we expected. they gave us an airy room with an electric kettle, central heating and television. location: the property was near the shopping area as well as the theatre. the restaurant was located within 200 metres.

Loved the place, had a very comfortable stay of 3 nights. There were an electric kettle, central heating and a multi-channel television in my deluxe double room. At the restaurant, the breakfast was enjoyable with Prime ingredients. The location was marvellous and pleasant, for example, Our Lady of Ransom Church was within easy walking distance of the hotel.

We would return there, when we stay in Eastbourne. Free Wi Fi was working perfectly. Nice assortment of tea, coffee and fruit for breakfast. When we arrived the host was lovely. Moreover, it was easy to park nearby.

Deluxe hotel with nice breakfast. There were a heating system and TV with DVD player in the room, appreciated that. Just a walk down to the green almond, where you can have lunch.
