It boasts lovely, nice location adjacent to Scarborough and Whitby, the water park, and open air theatre. Moreover, getting to the lake on foot takes 0 minutes.

Our stay here was enjoyable, unique base for exploring Scarborough. The staff was amicable and everything was really good. Its location was perfect close to everything. It was also right by beach, great cafe, best fish and chips and lovely park and beach and peasholm park. Too bad that we didn't have time, but we would come here again.

Everything was really good, nevertheless we stayed for 4 nights only. The room for the 2 bedrooms. We had an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and an oven. The hotel location was peaceful and ideal to south bay.

It became my favourite place to stay in Scarborough. The location was ideal - really close to Scarborough open air theatre as well as beach and peasholm. Also, the hotel was just a pleasant stroll away from Scarborough cricket club.

All in all, it was excellent base for travelling to Scarborough. The bed was comfy, and there were iron/ironing board, multi-channel television and a dining area too. We appreciated the unbeatable and brilliant location to south bay in the good area. Spent a nice evening at Peasholm Grill House, located close to the venue.
