The hotel is spotlessly clean, nicely presented and has magnificent and unbeatable location on tram line to Fleetwood. The room is well decorated and well laid out and the bed is comfortable. It has modern interior design and particularly nice view of the sea and sunsets. The staff are efficient and incredibly hospitable and offer wake up service and ironing free of charge.

The small hotel was luxurious. Excellent service, although a few employees were chatty. Comforts of guest room were fabulous - a lounge and coffee. The location turned out to be excellent and unbeatable, near Town Centre and the Promenade. There was cafe Deansgate Kitchen, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the venue.
