Spent 1 night here with my family, had a real good stay overall. The staff was hospitable and the room was quiet, cool. The location close to the beach was perfect. And I were near to the train station and the pier and theatre. The food for breakfast was good and excellent.

It has marvellous, magnificent setting, not far from the train station, beach and town centre and the sea front and shops. Also, we both greatly enjoyed Skegness Pier, located at a walking distance from the hotel.

Staff was pleasant, room was outstanding and perfect. The bed was very comfy and the food was fabulous. Location: the hotel was just next door to the beach, arcades and pier as well as the sea front and shops.

A really great stay. I loved this traditional hotel, its picturesque location and outstandingly accommodating staff. The beach nearby was sandy and the view was absolutely fabulous. The food was lovely and there were plenty of dishes in the menu. Late check out too.

it was a 3-star hotel in every way. a holiday base for exploring skegness. we were in a single room with a heating system, coffee/tea making machines and a clothes-hanging unit.
