Place was fairly clean and basic. Excellent and unbeatable setting, next to tunnel, ferry, and quick getaway. Btw, located in a quiet area.

Everything was neat, enjoyed the host, had 1 beautiful day here. I've had single room with a comfortable bed, coffees available plus coffee machine. Got a shower, a hair dryer and terry dressing gowns in the bathroom. Very charming building, where I stayed. It was magnificent and unbeatable close to eurotunnel.

The host, Susan, makes you feel at home. It has exceptionally comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. It is in a very quiet area of Folkestone, next to the Channel Tunnel and a nice residential area.

It's a reasonable base for a short stay while in Folkestone. The place is next to the channel tunnel and supermarkets, supermarkets, the ferry. You can ask for extra toiletries if you need.

the venue was close to where i needed to be, friendly service, room was large. i loved bkfast staff. the bed was pretty really comfy and the place was spotless. food for breakfast was savoury.
