Thoroughly enjoyed this nice basic hotel: reasonably priced food and cheerful staff. This venue was located in a very central area right by Redcar seafront, a Thai restaurant, and the sea front at the end of the high street so within easy distance of the beach and the shops/amenities.

This was a fabulous stay at the weekend. The location of the hotel was very central, short walk to all the shops and bars and sea front as well as Buckingham palace. Moreover, it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Cleveland Golf Club.

Will be back, the hotel was exceptionally clean, and location to a Thai restaurant very close by for dinner called the Lemon Grove was excellent. The room was beautifully decorated and nicely furnished with a view and they provided wake-up service when I asked. Absolutely fantastic and delicious breakfasts with cereal and help yourself to cereal, as for instance, the staff where caring. I had a pleasant stay.
